2x GroundGrabba Pro TM Revolutionary heavy duty screw-in tent peg stake ground anchors. This includes 2x HexHook Pro hook adaptor plates. Aussie designed and tested in the harshest of Australian conditions. Designed to use with a cordless drill to make staking and ground anchoring insertion and extraction fast and solid. Perfect for camping and outdoors or staking down your garden landscaping edging or projects. Made of Galvanized Carbon heat treated steel. The GroundGrabba Pro ( Pro II and Lite) have a 3/4″ (19mm) hex head which is a most common size of wheel nuts and caravan stabelizer legs. The shaft is 25/64″ (10mm) and the flights extend 15/64″ (6mm) out from the shaft. Insert a 3/4″ Hex Driver Socket into your drill or Impact wrench then go screw in your tent. Tie your tent or shade canopy to a HexHook Pro hook adaptor plate made to work specially with the GroundGrabba Pro or Pro II. The extended flights (threads) bite into the ground to give the ultimate in ground anchoring in a wide range of substrate varieties. Unlike the use of Lag (Coach) Bolts when the strain reaches maximum Anchoring grip there is catastrophic failure as the bolt pulls out quickly with little resistance, maximum strain causes the GroundGrabba Pro (or Pro II) to pull out of the ground in a slower and more controlled failure which could save you from major damage. Please note: The harder the ground the greater drill torque needed and pre-drilling a pilot hole with a 1/2″ (12mm) x 1ft (300mm) Masonry Drill Bit maybe required. Not intended for anchoring in loose sand or extreme hard substrates. We recommend a 18v Brushless Cordless Battery Drill with torque greater than 45ft lbs or an Impact wrench with torque greater than 45ft lbs pending ground density. Suggested maximum hook tension is 400lbs.
